Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Management/Project Leader/Project Engineers for various positions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This position involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage projects, from initiation to completion, in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Manage project resources, including internal and external team members, contractors, and vendors.
• Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Monitor and report on project performance, including budget, schedule, and scope.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
