We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist or Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and develop data-driven solutions that help solve business problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict and explain business outcomes.
  • Design and develop data visualization tools and dashboards to help stakeholders understand complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems that can be solved through data analysis and modeling.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to solve business problems.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders using non-technical language.
  • Develop and maintain data quality and governance standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques related to data analysis and modeling.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, preferably in a business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling tools such as R, Python, or SAS.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional certifications in data analysis or data science, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Analytics Professional, are desirable.
