We are seeking a talented and experienced Risk Manager / Risk Specialist to join our team. As a Risk Manager / Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies that help minimize the impact of risks on our business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and manage risks across the organization.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans.
• Monitor risks and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
• Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
• Work with stakeholders to implement risk mitigation measures.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on risk management matters.
• Develop and deliver risk management training to staff members.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
• Report on risk management performance to senior management.
• Manage and lead a team of risk management professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, Engineering or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in a financial services or insurance industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify, assess, and manage risks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience developing and implementing risk management strategies and plans.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of risk management professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to risk management.
• Professional certifications in risk management, such as FRM or PRM, are desirable.
