We are looking for an experienced IT Project Lead to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful IT projects and managing cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. As an IT Project Lead, you will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary.
• Ensure that project risks and issues are identified and mitigated.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure that project deliverables are met.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk and issue logs.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and manage project teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage project risks and issues.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, technologies, and development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are desirable.
